"Let's talk #EndoWarrior solutions"

Hey ladies, here's a few things I’ve used to manage my endo pain which can really come in handy when you can't get an appointment as quickly as you’d like or when the pain meds just ain't cuttin’ it ! 😰 Grab those fruits and veggies because foods high in dietary fiber promote a healthy digestive tract. And fiber plays a huge role in breaking down estrogens and reducing inflammation. 👍🏾 Motherwort soothes cramps and pain during times of extreme discomfort in the uterus and other lower abdominal regions, but also acts like a mild sedative during menstruation. I've found it to be most helpful when taken on a consistent basis. . DIM (plant-based chemical found in cruciferous vegetables) is helpful in reducing excessive bleeding and really helps keep estrogen levels balanced ….. which means less pain! . Acupuncture and Massage can also relax a tight pelvis and uterus but my absolute fav is dry needling.... I'm not gonna lie, it's more aggressive 😩, but I feel immediate relief during a session. And this relief lasts way longer than any pain pill I've ever taken‼️ Comment below with some of your favorite go to’s when dealing with a flare ? #endometriosis #endowarrior #endometriosisawareness #pcos #chronicillness #endo #chronicpain #infertility #womenshealth #endosisters #adenomyosis #fibromyalgia #survivor #fibroids #endostrong #invisibleillness #fertility #endometriosiswarrior #pelvicpain #endosister #spoonielife #endobelly #endopain #butyoudontlooksick #endocommunity #chronicpainwarrior #spooniesupport #endodidntendme #endoawareness #painmanagment
