TENS machines are real lifesavers because they’re not only able to cut back on the pain but relax the pelvic muscles , which is crucial for pain management. ⚡️ 3. Practicing yoga for at least 15 minutes a day combined with deep breathing also decreases stress and helps release tension and pain 🧘🏾‍♀️ 4.
