The constant stress of managing chronic illness can become tiresome & I’ve noticed that many women began to lose hope after constantly being beaten down by flares 😢 I’ve found that having a positive mindset in place is the ONLY way to stay uplifted when your body is literally fighting you at every turn ‼️ There’s something about having a positive mindset that injects energy into your day . It’s like waking up in the morning & having a 🤬 attitude about your day when you haven’t even put your feet on the floor……… We've got to ❌ that I encourage you to sit down & think of 5 affirmations that you can repeat each day to keep you uplifted through the tough times.
