3. Prayer & Meditation , Pelvic release yoga
4. Epsom salt baths
5. Drinking alkaline water - the less acidic my body is ,the less pain experience
6. Practice breathing techniques
7. Chat with your support system to keep your spirits lifted
8. Exercise - mainly resistance training to cope with anxiety plus the lower your insulin the less Inflammation
