I recommend lots of pelvic release stretching before starting any type of fitness routine & consult your dr about any restrictions you to follow
And YES ladies I know the drill ➡️ scale moves up over .3 pounds & we began subjecting ourselves to crazy cardio , 2 x a day workouts , another Instagram approved detox and so on 🥵
Allowing your body to heal is priority one & and only then should you move on to stretching, body weight exercises etc
🆗 personally I can tolerate cardio without being slapped🤦🏾♀️ with a flare right after BUT that wasn’t the cause when my body was inflamed, acidic & hormonally imbalanced. And there are still days that my energy will not support a shit ton of cardio which is why strength training and knowing what exercises heal our body is CRUCIAL !
