Give me a 🙌🏾 if hormones have ever gotten the better part of your day


🙋🏾‍♀️ This was me back in the day when I calorie restriction & over exercising was going to help me lose weight, getting clearer skin and stop the crazy belly bloat


Thankfully I’ve learned how to balance things naturally without feeling deprived. Many times we start these “diets” which only Put a Band-Aid on things rather than getting to the root of the problem


By adding nutrient dense meals and changing from all HIIT workouts to a routine geared towards balancing my hormones rather than raising my cortisol I’ve been able to decrease body fat, lower my insulin resistance and finally decrease the ups and downs of hormonal imbalance 🤩
