I remember there was a time that I was actually allergic to iceberg lettuce….. I mean seriously crunchy water has zero nutritional value yet it was strong enough to knock my ass out 🤢 I was eating at a restaurant, had a reaction , woke up in an ambulance! Which was crazy because 3 months before I did my food allergies and I didn’t have an allergy to iceberg lettuce but as my hormones changed so did my food intolerances 🤯
🟡 More Importantly you have to remember if your digestion is not working well and you’re not having 1 to 2 bowel movements a day ➡️ all of these foods that you’re eating or sitting in your gut are fermenting and causing issues 🥵
