Can a blood draw help detect Endo?

I’m very curious to see what others think about blood testing to determine whether someone has endometriosis. 🤔For me personally, I was self diagnosed and then my doctor got on board because it all made sense. So no blood test was available 7 years ago however it makes me wonder how different my story would be if I was tested back when I first started having issues around the age of 15. . I personally have known a few people who’ve done the blood draw yet it wasn’t accurate and the laparoscopy indeed confirmed the endometrial tissue. However I have a client who was positive on the blood test yet the lap revealed very minor endometrial tissue to the point of where she regrets having the procedure. Mainly because the blood test made her feel like the issue was critical yet was the scar tissue from the procedure itself has caused more pain than what she began with 😰 I’ve found sharing your experiences in the best way for others to learn and educate themselves while navigating the endo world. So I’d love to here from other women, along with my #endosisters, on how you feel the testing can be beneficial or if you have insight into other new treatments that have been helpful in managing your symptoms. . ➡️ Don't forget to comment below 🙌🏾 #endometriosis #endowarrior #endometriosisawareness #pcos #chronicillness #endo #chronicpain #infertility #womenshealth #endosisters #adenomyosis #fibromyalgia #endostrong #fertility #endometriosiswarrior #pelvicpain #endosister #spoonielife #endobelly #pain #anxiety #butyoudontlooksick #autoimmunewarrior #chronicpainwarrior #1in10women #endometriosissupport #spoonie #ketofriendly #denverhealthcoach #endostrong
